Substitute Eagles sealed the crucial victory for Manchester United by scoring fourth goal in the dying moment of the match. With Chelsea only manage to get a draw against Bolton Wanderers, Manchester United can win EPL title next week provided they beat Manchester City and Arsenal defeat Chelsea.
